Bobby Lee Bryant and Derrick Barnes are behind bars after allegedly committing a heinous crime in the alleyway behind a popular Miami Beach bar.
Police say the men were caught raping a mentally ill woman in the alley way behind the Lost Weekend and Kill Your Idol bars near Espanola Way and Collins Court. The incident happened at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
According to CBS Miami, officer pulled up to find Barnes still on the woman with his pants and underwear still hanging below his ankles. Witnesses say that Bryant acted as a look out, and waved people by. The two men had previously been spotted dragging the victim into the alleyway.
Police then interviewed the woman. When they asked her how old she is, she said she was 12, though she appeared to be in her 40s. The woman also couldn’t provide her name or where she lived. Police believe she may be mentally ill and homeless.

Barnes, 52, was charged with sexual battery on someone with mental illness, kidnapping, battery and indecent exposure. He’s being held on $12,500 bond.
Bryant, 54, is being charged as an accessory and for kidnapping. His bond was set at $7,500.
