The Miami Heat are playing the Fillmore Miami Beach. No, not basketball, but actually singing. Shane Battier’s annual charity fundraiser Battioke is going down January 27 at the concert hall, and of course there’s a promo video featuring Dwyane Wade, LeBron James and Battier himself taking on their favorite karaoke songs in dumb costumes and wigs.
Battioke has become something of a tradition ever since Battier joined the team. Last year’s event took place at the Eden Roc hotel and featured Wade and James duetting on some Michael Jackson classics. You can of course view here.
Tickets to this year’s event are available for just $150. All proceeds benefit Battier’s education charity the Take Charge Foundation.
