Twitter Does Not Approve of FIU Hiring Ron Turner

Ron Turner’s Wikipedia page surely got a traffic spike this morning as FIU Golden Panthers fans tried to figure who the hell exactly the team had hired as their new coach.

Yes, after the surprise firing of Mario Cristobal, Athletic Director Pete Garcia has chose Ron Turner, a man with a former stint as the head coach of Illinois and a string of OC and QB coaching gigs in college and the NFL, as the team’s new coach.

Twitter is not impressed.
