Saint Patrick’s Day is officially Monday, but serious partyers will no doubt be celebrating throughout the weekend. Though one might immediately think of pounding the green beer with a Jameson chaser, there are other options to consider when choosing your St. Paddy’s day libation.

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into shot glass.

Everybody’s Irish at Villa Azur

2 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey

1/2 oz. mint syrup (for green coloring)

1/2 oz. chartreuse herbs

Shake ingredients and pour into martini glass. Ass two olives and four leaf clover for garnish.

Luck of the Irish at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse

2 oz. Malibu Rum

1 oz. Midori

Pineapple Juice

Pour Malibu and Midori into iced Collins glass and fill with pineapple juice.
