Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been questioned by police in Massachusetts about his potential ties to the murder of a 27-year-old man, but those aren’t the only legal problems Hernandez faces.
According to TMZ, Alexander S. Bradley claims that Hernandez shot him in the face after a fight at Tootsie’s Cabaret in Miami Gardens back in February.
Bradley filed suit on June 13 and claims that he and Hernandez got into a fight at the infamous nudie bar on February 13. However, they ended up getting into the same Palm Beach-bound car together after the scuffle. Bradley claims Hernandez pulled out a gun and pointed it at his face. The gun then discharged and struck Bradley, originally in the arm and then the face.
Bradley says he has lost his right eye and had to have major reconstructive surgery.

Oddly, Bradley didn’t pursue criminal charges at the time. Odder still is that the suit was dismissed just four days later.
However, Bradley’s lawyers tell TMZ that it was dismissed because of an error in paperwork, and that they plan to file the lawsuit again as soon as today.
