From December 5 through 8, the world’s collective artistic eye will focus on Miami for Art Basel, the massive art show that features some of the most important, interesting, and unique artistic pieces on the planet.

With all of that art comes the need for a refreshment break, which is why Mercadito Midtown created what it calls the “official cocktail of Art Basel.”

Created by Paul Tanguay and Tad Carducci, better known as the Tippling Brothers, the Starry Night was designed specifically for Art Basel Miami Beach.

$30,000

Taking inspiration from Vincent van Gogh’s classic portrait of a night sky in southern France, the cocktail is a postimpressionist dream.

Pomegranate seeds serve as stars, shooting and swirling in the blueberry-infused tequila, lemon, and mint cosmos. For $11, that’s art you can drink in — literally and figuratively.

Here’s a trippy, interactive version of the Starry Night.
