Looks like a new brewery is coming to town, the latest in a lineup of local producers joining Miami’s brew revolution. According to an ad on BrewingWork.com and a fledgling website, Biscayne Bay Brewing Company is making its way to the 305.
Described in the ad as a “start-up brewery” that “will provide a much needed local product of the highest quality to meet the expanding thirst of craft beer drinkers seeking local product,” the new spot is in the market for a brewmaster.

According to the listing, the brewery details are as follows:
•
JV Northwest 3 vessel 15 barrel brewhouse.•Annual expected production for year 1 1500 bbls.
•Tasting Room
•15,000 Sq.Ft facility
Though the ad doesn’t give a location, the company’s SunBiz listing references a consulting firm with a Coral Gables address.
With Wynwood Brewing Company scheduled to open soon and Gravity Brewbar not far behind, Miami is about to have a lot more options for local brew.
And for any potential brewmasters, the job pays $60,000 to $80,000 and sounds pretty sweet.
