I was wandering around the Wines of Spain Pavilion at the South Beach Food & Wine Festival when I saw the Forever Cheese sign. Nice name, I thought as I speared a couple of cubes with a toothpick. The cheese tasted expensive, not like the stuff I get at the gas station.
I had to know more, so I asked the lady behind the counter to tell me about the company and their products. Her name is Michele Buster, and she’s the VP of Forever Cheese Inc., based in Queens County, New York. I found out by looking up the company on the New York State Division of Corporations Entity Information page. Then I found her Linked In profile. Apparently she has the high honor of being the person who most aided the region of Murcia 2008.
Back to the cheese. She seemed to know a lot about it. They had many varieties to choose from, including one called Drunken Goat, and they also had fine Spanish almonds, from Spain. If you wanna know more about Forever Cheese, check out their website by clicking here.
