The final two outdoor, organic, paradisiacal dinners of 2009 take place this month. The groovy gastronomic get-togethers down at Gabriele Marewski’s Paradise Farms always bring great food and wine (from Stacole Fine Wines). Fellow diners tend to be in amiable, festive spirits, and the setting is simply unbeatable.

This Sunday evening, April 12th, is the Vegan Gourmet dinner cooked up by chefs Mark Zeitouni (The Standard’s Lido Restaurant); Giancarla Bodoni (Escopazzo); and Rafael Diaz de Leon (who has replaced Alex Asteinza as chef at Canyon Ranch and at this dinner). Cocktail reception begins at 6:00 p.m., followed by a farm tour and dinner at 7:00 p.m.

Two Sundays later, on April 26th, the last supper gets prepared by chefs Kira Volz (Creek 28); Kyra White (Theine Tea Room); Sergio Sigala (Casa Tua); and Sandee Birdsong.

Each dinner is priced at $150 inclusive, the money going to benefit  TREEmendous Miami
