Sure, Bravo’s Real Housewives franchise generally portrays women as foul-mouthed botoxed, spoiled harpies who do nothing but drink Pinot Grigio, shop for shoes and plastic surgery, and gossip.

But not all of the Real Housewives of Miami are like that. Take, for example, Ana Quincoces. This Miami native and RHOM cast member is an attorney, chef, and cookbook author who was voted Miami’s “Hottest Chef” by Eater in 2011.

When she’s not at her law firm (where she’s a partner, by the way), this smart beauty is cooking at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival or making appearances on The Chew. The only thing wrong with Quincoces is that she makes any other human being look lazy by mere comparison.

Did we forget to mention that Quincoces also has a line of meat marinades? Skinny Latina Million Dollar Marinade is available at Fresh Market and tomorrow, September 21, at 11 a.m., you’ll be able to meet the Latina beauty and sample her marinade with bites of skirt steak at the Coconut Grove location. If there’s a chance in hell of her marinade holding the secret to her good looks and brains, we’re buying a case of it!
