Falsetto Hospitality rendering

By the time fall 2026 rolls around, Fort Lauderdale may be home to one of the hottest new restaurants in South Florida, dripping in caviar, martinis, and unapologetic excess.
Caviar Club, the latest (and boldest) restaurant from South Florida hospitality heavyweight Marc Falsetto, is shaping up to be one of the 12 most talked-about Fort Lauderdale restaurant openings of 2026. Slated for Las Olas Boulevard in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, the sexy, maximalist restaurant and lounge promises to usher in a new era of extravagant dining in the 954. “Fort Lauderdale is evolving into a world-class travel, hospitality, and nightlife destination,” Falsetto says. “Caviar Club is not a continuation of what has come — it’s a huge, brash, no-holds-barred step forward.”
Falsetto is no stranger to reinvention or spectacle. The Fort Lauderdale-based restaurateur is the creative force behind the splashy 2023 relaunch of Anthony’s Runway 84, which won New Times‘ Best Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale 2024, as well as local favorites Tacocraft, Pizza Craft, and the mood-setting speakeasy Apothecary 330. But Caviar Club, launching under his newly rebranded Falsetto Hospitality umbrella, is different. This one is personal and indulgent. This one is designed to make a statement.

The Hybrid of a Restaurant, Lounge, and Social Club
That step forward starts with design. Falsetto tapped New York’s Garrett Singer Studio, the team behind Flyfish Club and Major Food Group’s Michelin-starred Torrisi, to bring his vision to life. The result will blur the line between restaurant, lounge, and private social club, channeling the high-glam excess of the 1980s through a modern lens.
The new spot will feature rich woods, Art Deco lighting, animal prints that don’t apologize, and custom Italian fabrics straight out of a Dolce & Gabbana fantasy. Falsetto himself sums it up best: “It will be the kind of place where Gordon Gekko might have sipped martinis while closing a big deal.”
While the name nods to one of the world’s most decadent delicacies, Caviar Club isn’t a traditional caviar bar. Instead, it’s a high-energy American restaurant and steakhouse that treats dinner as theater.
Upscale American Menu and Impressive Cocktails
Expect Dover sole filleted tableside, French dips served with au jus in Baccarat crystal, and prime dry-aged and Wagyu steaks carved in front of an audience. Caviar, naturally, plays a starring role, from seafood towers to indulgent, caviar-topped creations that lean fully into the fantasy.
“We took classic American comfort food and gave it a high-fashion twist,” Falsetto says. “Steaks, caviar, martinis — all the essentials — but with a wink.”
The drinks program matches the drama. Caviar Club plans to stock more than 300 French and American wine labels, prestige Champagnes, and a martini menu inspired by iconic institutions like Bemelmans Bar and the St. Regis New York. Every pour is designed to feel celebratory, whether you’re lingering over dinner or settling in for a long night out.

The Restaurant Transforms Into a Lounge Late-Night
And that’s where Caviar Club really separates itself. Early in the evening, the room hums with sultry sophistication; icy martinis, low lighting, and that unmistakable feeling of being somewhere important. As the night stretches on, the energy shifts. Lights dim. A DJ steps in. Champagne starts flowing. The restaurant transforms into a late-night playground where indulgence is the point, not the afterthought. A private VIP entrance only fuels the exclusivity.
For Falsetto, Caviar Club is a signal that Las Olas Boulevard is ready to take its place among the country’s most exciting dining streets — something it had slowly lost over the past decade. “Fort Lauderdale has changed,” he says. “The people who live here travel, they know great restaurants, and they crave something refined. Caviar Club is where that new crowd comes to play — luxury without pretense, style without limits.”
If the vision delivers as promised, Caviar Club will be one of the hottest openings of 2026, and New Times will take you behind the scenes ahead of its grand opening in the coming months.
