WEDNESDAY: Bistro One LR at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach is promoting Wild Wine Wednesdays. From 5 to 10 p.m. on the eponymous weeknight, enophiles can elect from over 75 premium wines and champagnes at 60 percent off. Prices start at $15 per bottle plus tax. Here are some of the great bargains (regular price/discount price): Perrier Jouet Champagne ($85/$34); Quintessa Meritage Spirits ($85/$34); and Newton Merlot ($114/$45). “Reduced valet parking” is $16, which doesn’t sound like nearly as good a bargain as the wines — although that depends on just how much the Ritz normally grabs for valet. 786-276-4008.
