You are the company you keep. Or so reads a self-righteous bumper sticker on the back of a Prius. And by that logic, Miami’s SpaceGhostPurrp is definitely not “a good nigga” like NYC’s A$AP Rocky.
“I’m a good nigga, and a lot of people fuck with me and then leave with these accusations trying to fuck up what I worked hard for,” Rocky tells Complex in a new interview.
“For example, the whole thing with SpaceGhostPurrp – I didn’t say anything. He’s putting his foot in his mouth. People are starting to see he’s a racist and crazy and bipolar.”

This past summer, SpaceGhostPurrp accused the A$AP Mob maestro of stealing lyrics and style in a vlog post, according to Hot New Hip Hop.
When MTV asked as Rocky about the beef with his onetime friend and collaborator, the “pretty motherfucker” said, “Fuck him, fuck him, straight up. He’s one of those cats, like a lot of guys just hang around me, try to get hype, and when they dip off, start throwing dirt.”
And then just last week, SpaceGhostPurrp was arrested at A$AP’s Miami Beach gig after he and his Raider Klan got rowdy in the parking lot following the show.
But apparently, Rocky’s “swagger’s so impressive” that he wasn’t phased by the altercation. It’s just part of the game.
