The Herd just got a little thicker.

Two weeks ago, the Virginia Key Grassroots Festival — a SoFla spinoff of Ithaca, New York’s Finger Lakes GrassRoots Festival, organized by mountain music crew Donna the Buffalo — released its initial 25-act lineup, starring socially conscious hip-hop collective Arrested Development, Del McCoury’s blazing bluegrass band, and world rock quintet Toubab Krewe.

Now, though, the four-day fest has added another 16 acts including soul-pop icon Chaka Khan and NYC rap guerrilla Immortal Technique. See the cut for the Virginia Key Grassroots Festival’s full, updated 41-act lineup.
