We’ve all thought about Courtney Love’s Hole, right? But had you ever pictured her vagina? Neither had we until this morning.

According to NME, Kurt Cobain’s 48-year-old widow recently tweeted a message to up-and-coming songstress Lana Del Rey in reference to the latter’s cover of Nirvana’s “Heart Shaped Box.”

“You do know the song is about my Vagina right?” Love wrote. “‘Throw down your umbilical noose so [I] can climb right back,’ umm… On top of which some of the lyrics about my vagina I contributed. So umm next time you sing it, think about my vagina will you?”

Woah!

If by “contributed” Love means that Cobain wrote them, she’s right. Otherwise, according to liner notes and writing credits, she didn’t contribute shit.

Kurt Cobain composed the song, plain and simple. And whether or not it was about Love’s anatomical box will be one of those musical debates that’ll last forever à la the Jimi Hendrix “Kiss the sky/Kiss this guy” debate or the alleged connection between the Beatles’ “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds” and LSD.

Love has since deleted the Twitter message and playfully apologized for coming off as a crazy bitch who’s incapable of letting go and hell-bent on exploiting her late husband’s contribution to American music.

Presumably speaking through her vagina, Love told Del Rey that she’s “gorgeous and very talented,” and that the vulgar talk about her lady junk “was all in good humor love” despite it being “true.” The she signed off with an evil laugh, “bwahaa.”
