When Mariah Yeater accused Justin Bieber of being the father of her three-month-old baby (allegedly the result of a 30-second, backstage sexcapade), the 20-year-old woman unintentionally opened a nasty can of pedophilia.
If Yeater and Bieber did in fact share a half-minute romp at the Staples Center last year in October, Yeater could face statutory rape charges. She was 19 years old when the alleged incident went down, while Bieber was only 16.
But what sick pervert would face statutory rape charges for 15 minutes of fame? You’d never do that, would you?

Just to be clear, California Penal Code Section 261.5 (b) clearly states that “Any person who engages in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor who is not more than three years
older or three years younger than the perpetrator, is guilty of a misdemeanor.”
Furthermore, “An adult who engages in an act of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor at least three years younger than the adult is liable for a civil penalty not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000).”
Yeater hasn’t been charged with anything yet, but Cmdr. Andrew Smith of the Los Angeles Police Department told the Associated Press that he’d “look into it.”
Bottom line: Mariah Yeater’s an attention whore on the brink of becoming a registered sex offender.&
As much as we love ragging on Justin Bieber, Crossfade’s not down with anyone profiting from underage sex.
