It’s every ’90s goth dream come true! English industrial trio Nitzer Ebb is coming to Miami. Unfortunately, we were just a glimmer in our daddy’s eye back when the band formed, but their tour archive says the last time they were in South Florida was ’92 at Hallandale Beach’s Button South. (Here’s the preview we wrote for it back then.)
When news happens, Miami New Times is there —
Your support strengthens our coverage.
We’re aiming to raise $30,000 by December 31, so we can continue covering what matters most to you. If Miami New Times matters to you, please take action and contribute today, so when news happens, our reporters can be there.
This time around, the trio will play at Grand Central on November 13.
The date is part of a larger U.S. tour the band announced on Wednesday via Facebook. Nitzer Ebb’s outing comes after the release of Industrial Complex, the band’s sixth album, late last year. When the album was first released, Nitzer Ebb tour extensively in support of it, including opening up for Depeche Mode. We guess it just took a little longer for them to reach Miami, but patience pays off! Huzzah!
No word on ticket prices or supporting acts, but at this point we are riding the tour announcement high that we honestly don’t care.
