The Boss got plenty to celebrate about in 2012.

Earlier this year, MTV ranked him as hip-hop’s hottest MC, beating out some of the game’s biggest names like Jay-Z and Lil Wayne. And his highly anticipated record, God Forgives, I Don’t drops in just 29 days.

But Ross’s biggest victory this year wasn’t determined by viewer polls or studio sessions. Rather, the Maybach Music Group label head’s biggest win came in the from of a negative paternity test.

According to TMZ, a court-ordered DNA test has cleared Ricky Rozay of fathering an illegitimate child with a 36-year-old Georgia woman named Tyrisha Childers.

Last year, Childers filed a paternity suit against Ross, alleging that the rapper’s sperm was partially responsible for creating the human life she’d been raising for over three years sans child support.

From the get-go, Rozay vehemently denied the allegation and had his legal team file papers stating that he never slept with Childers, and that he would welcome a DNA test.

After learning the results, Childers voluntarily dropped the lawsuit, subsequently proving that Ross is “MMG Untouchable.”

For the Boss, the test was a remarkable victory. For Childers, however, the search for her baby daddy continues.
