The rapper? None other than barely-old-enough-to-drink proto-#swag spitte Soulja Boy Tell ‘Em.
And the substance? Some good ol’ fashioned sticky icky.
TMZ reports that Soulja Boy (AKA DeAndre Cortez Way) was arrested at 3:48 a.m. by Temple, Georgia police officers.
