In miraculous fashion, the unbelievable happened last night in the desert. In front of a massive Coachella crowd, a shirtless Tupac 3D hologram virtually rose from the dead and asked, “What the fuck is up Coachella?”
Fittingly, the late rapper broke into 1997’s “Hail Mary,” a track off Pac’s final studio record and first posthumous release, The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory.

But Tupac wasn’t the only late rapper at Coachella last night. Another Death Row alum, Nate Dogg, made an appearance alongside his west coast homies too. However, the main attraction was the Snoop/Pac piece.
Following “Hail Mary,” Snoop Dogg joined Tupac on the duo’s 1996 collaborative joint, “2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted.” The “gangsta party” lasted nearly five minutes before Pac’s hologram fizzled away. The performance, however, left a lasting impression.
“This is beautiful,” says YouTube subscriber Thalia Lopez. “I cried, no shame.
But not everyone was pleased.
“Somebody please shoot the Coachella Tupac hologram with a laser pointer.“
