Neil Julien, a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, has been arrested on charges that he molested a 16-year-old girl back in 2005. According to NBC Miami, he allegedly molested the girl multiple time during the summer of 2005 while dating the girl’s mother. The charges surfaced after Julien was arrested for domestic violence charges late last year.
Julien, 49, was booked in Pembroke Pines by Broward Sheriff’s Officers back on October 13, 2010. He was charged with multiple counts of domestic abuse and assault including “domestic battery by strangulation.” It is unknown how the two incidences are connected, but allegations that Julien abused the teen surfaced after the arrest.
The victim is cooperating with police in the investigation.
