Miami is trying to revamp itself as a bike-friendly city, but this probably isn’t what we had in mind.
This morning a man on a bicycle got into an argument with a pedestrian, shot him, and then peddled off in escape. The victim, meanwhile, stumbled into a nearby post office for help.
According to NBC Miami, the victim was a man in his early 20s who was walking with his girlfriend to the Metrorail station in South Miami.
On his way he got into a verbal fight with the bicyclist. The man dropped his girlfriend off at the Metrorail station, and then started walking back when he once again rain into the cyclist. Another altercation ensued, and the cyclist took out a gun and shot the other man. The cyclist then took off.

He was taking to a nearby hospital and is in stable condition with a gunshot to the shoulder. However, NBC Miami adds he is not cooperating very much with police and only described his attacker as a “black male.”
