Last night, a woman returned to her car after making a purchase at a Chevron gas station in Kendall. She got in the drivers seat shortly after midnight and prepared to pull away when she felt a firearm press up against the back of her head. A man had climbed into her backseat and waited for her. He then demanded she drive to a warehouse district. Once there, he raped her at gunpoint and fled on foot. Police are currently searching for the man, and they need your help catching this bastard.
The incident started out at the Chevron located at SW 121st Street and 117th Court in Kendall.
The suspect is described by police as “a Latin male in his 30s, wearing a red shirt, tan pants having tattoos across both arms,” and is considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone who may have information on the suspect or the crime is asked to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
