When trying to get revenge on someone, it’s best that your plan doesn’t end up getting you arrested for child pornography charges.
Take Rashad Hannibal Jackson for example. He wanted to get back at an ex for “disrespecting” him, so he decided to upload a tape he had secretly made while the two were getting busy back in the summer of 2009 to Facebook. This is a flawed plan of revenge on pretty much every level, but most specifically because the video was recorded when the girl was only 14.
Jackson, now 20, had sex with the girl in 2009. He was 17 at the time, and the sex was consensual. He did however decided to secretly record the action and kept the video on his computer.
Apparently Jackson felt the girl began to “dis” him, so according to NBC Miami he created a fake Facebook account and uploaded the video to it. He then directed several of his friends to the profile and asked them to spread it around.

Jackson apparently didn’t realize that his actions constituted the distribution of child pornography. Miami-Dade Police did, and they arrested Jackson on December 21 on charges of lewd and lascivious battery, promoting the sexual performance of a child and use of a child in a sexual performance. He now sit in Miami-Dade jail on $27,500 bond.
