Who says C-SPAN is boring? If you watch closely enough, there’s all sorts of entertaining stuff going on. Like Miami-area congressman Joe Garcia digging into his ear and then apparently tasting the bounty during a House Judiciary Committee meeting last week.
Clearly, not exactly a scandal on par with Garcia’s predecessor (and possible challenger), but poor Garcia keeps getting caught in embarrassing moments.
He also made an appearance last year on TMZ of all places after being photographed in close proximity to a thong-clad woman on the beach.
