The website Where the Locals Eat wants people to pick “America’s favorite food” through an online game that pitches 64 dishes like burgers, sushi, pizza and nachos head-to-head against each other in brackets. You know, like they do for the NCAA basketball tournament except there’s no real playing of any sort going on here.

Couldn’t people just have voted for their all-time favorite food? We suppose that would’ve taken away the fun.

The winner of each match-up is the food item that was picked the most as the winner of that bracket. So, if more people picked the bratwurst over the grilled cheese, the bratwurst moves to the next round.

If you’re into this type of thing, the grand prize for the person who scores the most points is an Apple iPad. Picks must be entered by March 19 at 6 p.m. and the winner will be announced on March 31. More info here.
