This happy news just in from Miami PD: On February 14, 2012, at approximately 1:20 p.m., a white male subject posing as a flower delivery man knocked on the door a house located at 30 SW 59th Ave. Once the victim (Scheryl Garcia) opened the door, the subject, armed with a gun, forced his way in and demanded money.
The subject fled the home on foot moments later with an undisclosed amount of money. Miami Police are looking for a white male in his 30s to 40s, wearing a green hat and a white shirt.
The subject is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Miami Police Department’s Robbery Unit at 305-603-6370. Those with information that wish to remain anonymous can contact Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS (4877).
