Miami New Times, Churchill’s, and Epiphone are sponsoring a new series of acoustic performances on Wednesday nights at the sort-of-English pub. (Guess since Raffa and Rainer pioneered Can You Rock A Little Softer? (R.I.P.) there, Wednesday is now the official acoustic night!)
The series starts on June 17 and runs through September 2. While it’s not an official, competitive contest, a few lucky performers will win a signed Epiphone guitar and a pro live recording of their Churchill’s sets.
The event isn’t completely open, though. Submit your demos for consideration — the final line-up will be selected by industry folks at EMI. Send acoustic CDs care of:
