Guess who’s back? Rudy! Rudy! Rudy Moise! Yes, the flashy millionaire who turned out one of the, uh, most memorable campaign ads of 2010 in his bid to capture Florida’s 17th district is back to challenge the woman who defeated him last year, Rep. Will he be able to make an impression in the minds of the voters in the district likely to be now known as District 24 this time around?
