Yes, the flashy millionaire who turned out one of the, uh, most memorable campaign ads of 2010 in his bid to capture Florida’s 17th district is back to challenge the woman who defeated him last year, Rep. Frederica Wilson. He’s already got his campaign website up and running and everything.
