South Florida’s Sushi Maki chain has released three new vegan sushi rolls dubbed “Kenko” Rolls, which means “healthy” in Japanese. The new rolls are called the 24 Carrot, the Sweet Tato and the Mighty Shroom, and all feature purple, antioxidant-rich “forbidden” rice.

Nemr Aljabra doesn’t speak English or Spanish, but he’s fluent in Kitchenese.
